Who are the Outsiders, the people who spend most and in many cases, all of their lives ‘living’ on the street? This ‘living’ includes sleeping, eating, washing especially clothing and blankets, partying and more, all the aspects of life most of us indulge in ‘indoors’, whatever that indoors comprises, a house, an apartment, a hovel, a caravan etc.
